Hi, I am Dr. Bidyut Bikash Gogoi, a Scientist at the
ISRO Satellite Centre, Indian Space Research Organization, India
About Me
I grew up in a small town called Namrup, a small town situated close to the foothills of the great Patkai Mountain Range(Purvanchal Range connecting to Myanmar) in the extreme northeastern part of Assam Arunachal, India. Memories still fresh of my every joyous and childish moments with my parents and two elder sisters. There I developed my love for nature and a desire to explore in the field of education. Now I am on the last days of my stay at IIT Guwahati, being a researcher at the final year.
Interests
I
love to travel. I have been to several places of India. Some of the states I visited are Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Meghalaya, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Sikkim, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Silchar, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Kolkata, Gujarat etc.
I also love to cook, play chess and carom, reading novels besides exploring in the world of mathematics.
